Abstract: The partial villages and roads would be inundated and need removal and reconstruction due to the development of water conservancy projects. The author took the region of Huaguangtan reservoir as an example to discuss the considerations and practice of roads reconstruction.

摘要： 因水利建设的发展，可能将部分村镇与道路淹没，需要迁移与改建。笔者以华光潭水库为例，通过多年观测、了解，通过多处库区公路（道路）改建的成功实践和探索，积累了不少的心得体会，以供水利、交通等相关部门的同行们共同探讨。
