Abstract: It would expend more labor and material in the traditional precision leveling. Now the modem technology and devices are used widely. It not only saved the time and labor, but also meet the requirement of precision.

摘要： 运用传统的观测计算方法，进行精密水准测量，需消耗较多的人力物力，而采用现代的技术与设备，不仅精度满足要求，而且省工省时，速度大大加快，粗差几乎消除，应用更加广泛、便利。
