Abstract: In recent years, the pre-stressed tubular piles have been widely used in industrial and public buildings because of its quick easy construction method, weak pollution and economical characteristic. But there are still many problems in the construction process. This article analyzed the reasons and put forward a set of methods. These method can raise some consult function to the management of construction.

摘要： 近年来，预应力管桩因施工方法简单、施工速度快、污染小、造价经济等原因，越来越多地运用到工业民用建筑当中，但在使用过程中也存在不少问题。本文结合一些工程实例，对这些问题的成因进行分析，并相应提出一系列的解决措施，这些措施对预应力管桩的施工管理具有一定的参考意义。
