Inspection and evaluation on the concrete dam in Chencun hydropower station

陈村水电站大坝混凝土质量现场检测与分析

Abstract: It has been carried out for the concrete inspection on its compressive strength, carbonization depth, impermeability, elastic modulus and inner disfigurement by the advanced non-destructive instruments and lab experiments. The results have shown that the compressive strength meets the requirement of design, the ability against carbonization is pretty low with maximum carbonization speed greater than 1.5 mm/a, impermeability grade being equal W5 or greater meets the design requirement, the concrete elastic modulus ranges from 23 664 MPa to 38 316 MPa regularly, the concrete below surface is homogenous, no loose being found, pit samples show that the concrete compressive strength meets the original design requirement, ranging from 23.4 MPa to 30.8 MPa and its impermeability grade is equal W4 or greater.

摘要: 通过使用从国外引进的先进无损检测仪器,并结合室内试验方法对陈村水电站大坝混凝土抗压强度、碳化深度、抗渗性、弹性模量、混凝土内部病害等进行了检测。检测结果表明:陈村水电站大坝混凝土抗压强度满足设计要求;混凝土抗碳化能力偏低,最大碳化速度大于1.5 mm/年;混凝土的抗渗等级为等于或大于W5,满足设计要求;混凝土弹性模量在23 664~38 316 MPa范围内变化,有较好的规律性;混凝土内部质量较均匀,未发现不密实、疏松现象;深孔芯样实测抗压强度均满足原设计要求,一般在23.4~30.8 MPa范围内变化;
