Abstract: By analyzing the problems existed in the operation of Daping reservoir, such as swelling and recession at the dam surface of placed rockfill, seepage at the dam foot, breakage in wave wall, leakage at the tunnel, the author has put forward some reinforcement measures．

摘要： 通过分析大坪水库运行中存在的问题，如大坝坝面砌石隆起及凹塌、坝脚渗水、大坝防浪墙断裂、隧洞漏水等，有针对性地提出了相应的水库除险加固处理措施。
