Abstract: The water cushion basin in Manwan hydropower station has suffered from scouring and resulted in severe erosion at its bottom and foot of revetment.This article summarizes the formation reasons and performed interim control measures such as adiusting the mode of flood discharge，underwater repair and clean-up work.Meanwhile, the author has come up with the measures including repairing the water cushion basin on the whole using new construction technique and materials, setting up casting choking flow barrier, setting up scouring sluice in the silt trap.

摘要： 漫湾水电站水垫塘底板及护坡脚存在严重冲蚀磨损。本文对其成因和已采取的调整泄洪方式、水下修补、清理等临时性控制措施，进行分析总结，同时提出在修筑下游围堰时，采用新材料、新工艺对水垫塘进行全面修补的方案及设置浇筑阻流埂、在拦沙坎内加设冲沙孔等对策措施。
