刘家峡水电站泄水建筑物补强加固措施研究及应用

Abstract: It has operated safely for 30 years since it put into operation for Liujiaxia hydropower station. During the time, the discharge structures have long suffered from abrasion by high speed flow with sand, and made it severely destroyed. Thus reinforcement have been carried out including coating tunnel body with epoxy mortar, sticking new steel plate on the surface of original steel lining, make it possible to construct in the dry and optimizing the gate opening manner. Those steps have achieved good effect.

摘要: 刘家峡水电站运行已30多年,泄水建筑物长期经受高速水流挟带泥沙的磨蚀,破坏严重。补强加固措施有:渠身洞身抹环氧砂浆,原钢衬表面贴新钢板塞焊加固,采用水下封堵形成旱地修补条件;并对闸门开启方式进行优化,取得了良好的效果。
