Abstract: It mainly states the reinforcement of dike and dam, hydrology features, the defence ability to catastrophic floods. According to the current flood discharge level of spillway, solutions and steps are come up with for reference in order to meet the needs of dike and dam reinforcement.

摘要： 主要阐述汀溪水库建库后的保坝加固、水文特征以及在出现特大洪水时水库的防御能力，根据水库溢洪道现有的泄洪能力，为能达到满足保坝加固的设计要求，提出方案措施以供参考。
