Abstract: On the basis of the periodical inspection and prototype observational data of piezometric pipe in dam, the seepage in left dam foundation has been analysed.It indicated that the anti-seepage protection between dam foundation and dam body was low and seepage destruction would occur if the reservoir water level is higher than176.50m. In order to keep the dam safety, consolidation grouting treatment is conducted to get anti-seepage and repair effect.?

摘要： 根据工程定期检查及大坝测压管原型观测资料，对跋山水库大坝左岸坝基渗流进行分析，结果表明坝基与坝体间砂土防渗效果差，库水位高于176.50m时，将发生渗透破坏；为保证大坝安全稳定，采用固结灌浆处理方案．起到了防渗补漏的效果。
