Abstract: This paper pointed out the shortage of monitoring system design and monitoring devices through the review of the safety monitoring system and precision analysis.In combination with the dam features,it described how to improve monitoring method and how to modify the monitoring devices for low precision monitoring items in order to improve monitoring precision.?

摘要： 本文通过对湖南镇大坝安全监测系统回顾及其精度剖析，指出监测系统设计和监测设备中存在的问题，并有针对性地结台该大坝的特点，阐述了精度相对较低的项目如何对其观测方法、设备进行改进或改造，以提高观测精度。本文对其他混凝土大坝安全监测系统的设计和改造具有一定的参考价值。
