Abstract: The existing methods and their characteristics on durability evaluation of hydraulic steel gates were analyzed.The funda-mental of expert evaluating method is elaborated by applying experts’ experience in this paper,and a existing hydraulic steel gate is assessed by assigning rationally the weight of targets and expert evaluating suggestions.The fuzzy criterion and maintenance strat-egy is proposed in this study.?
