预制梁(板)静载试验系统误差的探讨

Abstract: Static loading test is not only one of the most important means to lay out the structural capability of the precast beams or slabs,but also the common method to measure its anti-cracking capacity and deflection during the loading test. This paper probes minutely into the several factors which have played a great role in the testing result. In addition, the author put forward some suggestions to lessen the error of the result, aiming at the executing on the beam fabricating yard. It is beneficial to enhance the accuracy and reliability of such test method, and it can be as a good reference for similar testing.

摘要: 预制梁(板)静载试验是确定其结构性能的重要手段,也是检验梁(板)体抗裂性及挠度的常规方法。本文对影响静载试验结果的若干因素进行了详细的探讨,并针对现场静载试验中存在的问题,提出了一些减少试验结果误差的技术措施,有利于提高预制梁(板)静载试验的准确性及可靠性。
