Abstract: There have been serious defects in hydraulic structure through inspection under water in Qingtongxia Hydropower Station,which can be divided into two categories, one is abrasion dents on emergency gate floor of No.4 and No.11, together with that on floor of west tail gate slot of unit No.3; the other is cracks on sidewalls upstream of emergency gate. Those defects have severely influenced dam operation and safety. Thus, Qingtonxia Hydropower Plant has authorized Qindao Pacific Oceaning Co.,Ltd of carrying out scheme design and rehabilitation under water for defects and prominent effect has been achieved successful experience as well. The materials, apparatus and construction technique adopted in treatment under water are introduced.
摘要: 青铜峡水电站水工建筑物水下检查,发现有严重缺陷,主要有(1) 4#?11#泄检门底板冲坑及3~#机尾水西孔门槽底板冲坑;(2) 3#泄检门上游侧壁裂缝?这些缺陷严重影响了大坝的正常运行与安全?为此,青铜峡水电厂委托青岛太平洋海洋工程有限公司针对上述情况进行方案设计?经多方论证认可后,进行了补强加固水下施工处理,收到了显著的效果,从中取得了许多成功经验?本文将介绍该大坝水下补强加固工程的材料?机具及工艺。
