Abstract: The advantages of concrete dam safety automated monitoring are high speed, low cost, and with few mistakes. The automation may be partial or whole if the required condition is satisfied. Nevertheless, the human intelligence must not be underestimated during complete monitoring process. The installation and maintenance of monitoring system, the manual inspection on site, the judgment of dam safety, and the announcement of alarm signal, will be relied on the laborious efforts of experienced technicians and experts. The mathematical models are main measures for quantitative analysis of monitored values, they play seiving function from given numerous data,and offer effective potential tools for dam safety monitoring.

摘要: 混凝土大坝安全监测自动化的优点是:速度快、费用低、错误少。既可以是局部自动化;当具备条件时,又可以是全部自动化。但在监测的整个过程中,决不能低估人的智力因素;即从监测系统的安装、维护以及现场目视检查,直至判断大坝安全性和必要时应否发布警报,均须凭借有经验的技术人员、专家们辛勤劳动。数学模型是时观测值作定量分析的主要手段,可以对给出的大量数据起到筛选作用,是大坝安全监测工作中的很有潜力的工具。
