改性沥青混凝土在面板堆石坝中的应用研究

摘要: 为提升沥青混凝土面板的服役性能,提出利用消石灰和废胶粉对沥青混凝土进行改性,对不同废胶粉掺 量水平和消石灰掺量水平下的改性沥青混凝土进行了孔隙度、低温抗裂、斜坡流淌、水稳定性等试验。结果表明:两种改性材料在改善沥青混凝土低温抗裂性能和热稳定性方面具有较显著的效果,且存在一定的正向协同作用。综合考虑试验结果和工程经济性,推荐同时掺入3%的消石灰和 10%的废胶粉,与掺入单一改性剂方案相比,该方案在改善沥青混凝土低温和高温性能方面均有良好作用,推荐在沥青混凝土面板堆石坝建设中采用。

Abstract: To improve the service performance of asphalt concrete panels, it is proposed to modify as_ phalt concrete with hydrated lime and waste rubber powder. Porosity, low-temperature crack resistance and slope flow tests of modified asphalt concrete with different contents of waste rubber powder and hy_ drated lime are conducted. The results indicate that the two modified materials have significant effects on improving the low-temperature crack resistance and thermal stability of asphalt concrete, and there is certain positive synergistic effect. Taking into account the experimental results and engineering eco _ nomics, it is recommended to simultaneously add 3% hydrated lime and 10% waste rubber powder. Com_ pared with the scheme of adding a single modifier, this scheme has good effect on improving the low- temperature and high-temperature performance of asphalt concrete, which is recommended for use in construction of asphalt concrete face rockfill dams.
