融合防洪与调峰目标的水电站联合调度多目标优化方法

摘要: 目前对于抽水蓄能电站与常规水电站联合调度运行的研究较少,如何充分发挥抽水蓄能电站与常规水电站联合调度的综合效益,是亟待解决的问题。本研究分别从汛期与非汛期考虑,建立抽水蓄能电站与常规水电站的联合优化调度模型,选用差分进化算法与改进遗传算法进行求解。此外,还分别应用常规调度和优化调度对汛期与非汛期调度模型进行求解,对比分析计算结果,证明本研究优化调度方法的有效性和优越性。

Abstract: Currently, there is limited study on the joint regulation and operation of pumped-storage power station and conventional hydropower station. How to fully utilize the comprehensive benefits of the joint regulation is a pressing issue that needs to be addressed. This study, considering both flood season and non-flood season scenarios, established a joint optimal regulation model for pumped-storage power sta_ tion and conventional hydropower station. Differential evolution algorithm and improved genetic algo_ rithm were used to solve the model. Furthermore, conventional regulation and optimal regulation were ap_ plied to the regulation models for both flood season and non-flood season, and the calculation results were compared and analyzed to demonstrate the effectiveness and superiority of the optimal regulation method.
