摘要: 某抽水蓄能电站为加快压力钢管制造进度,通过试验论证并实施,将5 m 直径钢管每个管节供应两张长8m高强钢板改为一张长 16 m 钢板,在制造过程中加强板下料、坡口制备、卷制、拼装组圆、焊接等工序控制,扩大高强钢压力钢管整体卷制范围。压力钢管整体卷制减少了一条纵缝加工与焊接,有利于保证压力钢管制造质量,节省材料和人工,缩短工期,并缓解施工高峰期生产压力。

Abstract: To accelerate the manufacturing progress of penstock in pumped- storage power station, through testing and demonstration, two high-strength steel plates with a length of 8 meters for one sec⁃ tion of steel pipe with a diameter of 5 meters were replaced by one steel plate with a length of 16 meters. During the manufacturing process, quality control in plate blanking, groove preparation, rolling, assem ⁃ bly and rounding, and welding was strengthened to expand the scope of the integral rolling of high strength steel penstock. Reducing the processing and welding of one longitudinal joint in integral rolling is beneficial to ensure the manufacture quality, save the labor and material, shorten the construction pe ⁃ riod, and alleviate the production pressure of construction peak period.
