海外资料匮乏地区中小型水电工程防洪能力研究

摘要: 根据邻近地区实测降雨资料,分析地区暴雨分布规律,利用统计分析法和等值线图法比较分析设计暴雨。充分收集利用水库运行资料,结合国内设计经验,合理分析、选用暴雨时程分配及产汇流参数。分别利用SCS单位线法和中国水科院推理公式法推求坝址设计洪水,并进行洪水调节计算。经计算,基里隆Ⅲ号水电站工程布置能够满足防洪要求。本研究方法充分利用本地区实测资料,为海外资料匮乏地区,尤其是东南亚地区中小型水电工程防洪设计提供参考。

Abstract: Based on the measured rainfall data in adjacent areas, this paper analyzes the distribution law of regional rainstorm, and uses statistical analysis method and contour map method to compare and analyze the design rainstorm. Through collection and utilization of reservoir operation data, the rain ⁃ storm time history distribution and runoff generation and concentration parameters are analyzed and se ⁃ lected in combination with domestic design experience. The SCS method and IWHA rational method are used to calculate the design flood of dam site, and the flood regulation calculation is carried out. Accord ⁃ ing to calculation, the layout of Kirirom Ⅲ hydropower station can meet the flood control requirements. The research method fully utilizes the measured data, providing reference for flood control design of small and medium-sized hydropower projects in overseas regions with scarce data, especially in South ⁃ east Asia.
