基于河道容量的泄洪洞群布置方法研究

摘要: 高水头大泄量泄洪洞群的泄洪安全是枢纽运行的重要保障,泄洪洞群的布置方式是影响泄洪安全的关键。当前泄洪洞群的布置方式主要采用模型试验进行论证,尚缺少系统性的评价指标。笔者提出了泄洪洞群河道容量评价指标,构建了基于消能与冲刷相协调的泄洪洞群布置方法,多个 300 m 级高坝泄洪洞群消能方案验证了其合理性。

Abstract:

Flood discharge safety of high-head and large-capacity spillway tunnels is important for the hub operation, and the layout method of the spillway tunnels is the key influencing flood discharge safety. Currently, the layout of the spillway tunnels is mainly demonstrated by model tests, and there is still alack of systematic evaluation indicators. This paper presents the evaluation index by river capacity for the spillway tunnels, and constructs the layout method of the spillway tunnels based on the coordination of energy dissipation and scouring. Furthermore, the rationality of the layout method has been verified by the energy dissipation schemes of many 300-meter high dams.
