摘要:

大坝安全监测统计模型建立有多元线性回归、逐步回归、偏最小二乘回归、主成分回归及BP神经网络、支持向量机、长短期记忆神经网络等多种方法,但从实际应用看,部分方法的适用性仍然受限。笔者分别选取重力拱坝、双曲拱坝、重力坝和面板堆石坝作为实例,考虑不同影响因子集和建模方法的影响,采用多种思路、多种方法比选确定了不同类型大坝监测项目统计模型的最优结构和建模方法,形成范本以供参考。

Abstract:

There are various methods to establish statistical models for dam safety monitoring, including multiple linear regression, stepwise regression, partial least squares regression, principal component regression, BP neural network, support vector machine, long short-term memory neural network, etc. However, some methods still has certain limitations. In this paper, taking gravity arch dam, double curved arch dam, gravity dam, and face slab rockfill dam as examples and considering the influence of different sets of influencing factors and modeling methods, multiple ideas and methods are used to compare and determine the optimal structure and modeling method of statistical models for monitoring different types of dam projects, forming a template for reference.
