地震对泸定水电站泄洪闸应急起门的潜在影响及应急改善措施

摘要:

泸定水电站处于地震断裂带附近,受地震灾害影响较大,存在地震引起大坝及闸门结构变形、电力中断、闸门卡阻等潜在风险,或震后暴雨导致洪水灾害,都需要保证闸门正常起闭操作,甚至可能要求增大闸门起升力。针对地震灾害的影响,通过分析水电站现有应急措施,对比分析后选取增设更加适合的无电液控应急操作器作为改善应急方案。通过增设无电液控应急操作器,提高了泸定水电站大坝泄洪闸应急起门的能力,对水电站及周边百姓生命及财产安全都具有重要意义。

Abstract:

: Luding hydropower station is located near the earthquake fault zone and is badly affected by earthquake disaster, which may cause dam and gate structure deformation, power interruption, gate blocking and other potential risks. Sometimes, there is rainstorm after earthquake which may cause flood. Therefore, normal operation of the gate, and sometimes larger lifting force are needed. In view of the impact of earthquake, by analyzing the existing emergency measures of Luding hydropower station, a more suitable non- electric hydraulic controlled emergency operator is selected as an improved emergency plan. Through adoption of the non-electric hydraulic controlled emergency operator, the emergency opening ability of the flood sluice of Luding hydropower station is improved, which is of great significance.
