水电站下游河床冲刷成因分析及处置措施

摘要: 对广东梅江蓬辣滩水电站的工程地质、冲刷水工模型、冲刷实测数据和冲刷坑深度进行了详细分析。通 过对冲刷坑实测数据和冲刷坑深度的分析计算,发现下游河床仍存在继续冲刷的可能。冲刷坑的发展规律符合 设计与水工模型试验结果。目前,下游冲坑对闸基影响较小,但接近安全坡比控制值。建议采取措施对水闸及厂 闸导墙冲坑进行优先处理,阻止冲刷继续发展,并加强对坝基及下游河床的原型观测。

Abstract: Detailed analysis of the geological conditions,scouring model,measured scouring data,and scouring pit depth of Penglatan hydropower station in Meijiang,Guangdong province is carried out.By analyzing the measured data of scouring pits and calculation of the scouring pits depth,it is pointed out that there is a potential risk of further scouring of the downstream riverbed.The development pattern of scouring pits is consistent with design expectations and hydraulic model test results.Currently,the impact of the scouring pit downstream on the gate foundation is still slight,but it is close to the safety threshold for slope control.To prevent further scouring,it is recommended that treatment of the scouring pits at the sluice gate and the guide wall of powerhouse gate should be carried out first.Moreover,on- site monitoring of the dam foundation and downstream riverbed should be strengthened.
