摘要: 结合水库大坝安全运行管理,首先分析了水利工程领域工程伦理目前研究的主要内容,然后基于社会和自然两个维度,依次从库区移民、水库降等报废、水库公众教育、水库大数据、水库管理范围、库区养殖、库区生物多样性等多个方面,论述了工程师应该如何遵循工程伦理守则,正确处理水库大坝安全运行管理全过程中人与人、人与自然的关系。

Abstract: Combined with the operation management of reservoir dams, this paper first analyses the main contents of current research on engineering ethics in the field of hydraulic engineering. And then, based on social and natural dimensions, from the aspects of reservoir resettlement, reservoir degradation and decommision, public education, reservoir big data, reservoir management scope, reservoir aquaculture, biodiversity of reservoir area, etc., this paper discusses how engineers should correctly handle the interpersonal relationship as well as the relationship between mankind and nature in accordance with the code of engineering ethics.
