KL水电站大碧沟泥石流特性及防治设计

摘要: 大碧沟位于KL水电站坝址左岸上游400 m,沟道顺直,主沟长26.37 km,沟谷相对高差2 487 m,为稀性、中等发育泥石流沟。由于工程施工需要,KL水电站大坝混凝土生产系统布置在大碧沟沟内,为了保证施工期混凝土系统生产和人员安全,需要对大碧沟沟水和泥石流进行防治。根据大碧沟的地形和地质条件,结合沟内泥石流特性,在泥石流防治设计中采用了格栅坝、排水洞、进水塔、挡水坝等工程防治措施及泥位计、视频监控等监测设施。大碧沟泥石流防治设计可为西部地区类似工程泥石流防治提供参考。

Abstract: Dabi gully is located on the left bank, about 400 m upstream the dam site of KL hydropower station. The gully is straight, the main gully is 26.37 km long, the relative height difference of the gully is 2 487 m, and it is a moderately developed debris flow gully with micro-viscous debris flow. Due to construction needs, the dam concrete batching plant of KL hydropower station is arranged in Dabi gully. To guarantee the safety of concrete production and personnel, it is necessary to implement control measures for gully water and debris flow. Based on the topography and geological conditions of Dabi gully and the characteristics of debris flow, control measures such as grid-type dam, discharge tunnel, water intake tower and retaining dam, as well as monitoring instruments such as mud meter level and CCTV are adopted in the design for debris flow control. The design for debris flow control of Dabi gully can provide reference for similar projects in western China.
