摘要:

目前,部分抽水蓄能电站建设在雨量丰沛的中小河流上,流域面积小,多数无水文站运行。因此,常采用参证站数据或根据当地的暴雨图集来推求流域的设计洪水,这相当于给流域建立了一个理论模型,一些理论公式的参数较依赖经验数值,如糙率等。笔者分析了以雷达波在线测流为核心测验方法的实验性智能化径流站建设过程,用实测数据验证理论模型。

Abstract:

At present, some pumped storage power stations are built on small and medium-sized rivers with abundant rainfall and small drainage area, usually without operating hydrological stations. Therefore, the reference station data or local rainstorm atlas are often used to calculate the design flood of the basin, which is equivalent to establishing a theoretical model for the basin. The obtainance of some theoretical formula parameters depends on empirical values, such as roughness. The author analyzes the con⁃
struction of experimental intelligent runoff gauging station based on radar wave online flow measurement
as the core test method, to verify the theoretical model with measured data.
