水下大体积混凝土施工技术改进与工程应用

Improvement of construction technology of underwater mass concrete and its application

摘要: 发明水下钻孔插筋锚固装置、钢筋网片绑扎装置和大体积混凝土浇筑立模装置,解决了现有水下大体积混凝土施工中存在的水下锚筋、钢筋网片形态难以控制和水下混凝土浇筑的胀模、爆模和拼接缝漏浆问题。在某工程中的实际应用表明,应用改进后的水下大体积混凝土施工技术,可有效提升潜水作业施工效率,降低水下大体积混凝土浇筑失败的概率,保证钢筋水下锚固效果和混凝土浇筑外观质量。

Abstract: By invention of underwater drilling steel bar anchoring device, steel mesh binding device and mass concrete pouring formwork setting device, the problems in current underwater mass concrete construction, including the difficulty in the shape control of underwater anchor bar and steel mesh, expansion and bursting of the formwork as well as leakage in underwater concrete pouring from the joint, are solved. Practice in a project shows that the application of the improved underwater mass concrete construction technology can effectively improve the efficiency of diving operation, reduce failure rate of underwater mass concrete pouring, and ensure the underwater anchoring effect of steel bars and the appearance of concrete pouring.
