摘要:

水电站大坝有压泄水孔沿孔道轴线的全部断面均处于满流承压状态,需采用钢衬全断面衬护。受现场施 工条件限制,钢衬底板浇筑后形成局部脱空,故采取接触灌浆的方式对脱空部位进行充填密实,以确保大坝安全 运行。笔者主要介绍了水电站大坝有压泄水孔道钢衬底板接触灌浆施工工艺及质量控制要点,实践证明工艺可 行、经济合理,灌浆质量满足设计及规范要求。

Abstract:

All sections of the pressurized flood discharge hole along the axis are in pressure flow state, so full lining with steel is required. Due to the limitation of construction conditions, local void will happen to the baseplate of steel lining after pouring, so the contact grouting method shall be adopted to fill the void to ensure the safe operation of dam. This paper mainly introduces the construction technology and quality control points of contact grouting for the steel lining baseplate of pressurized flood discharge hole in hydropower station dam. The practice has proved that the technology is feasible, economical and reason⁃ able, and the grouting quality meets the design and specification requirements.
