摘要: HK-968弹性环氧涂料是一种通过化学增韧改性的环氧涂料,结合了聚氨酯材料的弹性和环氧材料的强度及粘接力,能够在常温条件下固化,在混凝土表面具有更好的耐久性,对治理水工建筑物的空蚀、冲磨破坏等棘手难题有很好的效果。从主剂的选择、性能测试及调整、耐久性测试等方面介绍了HK-968弹性环氧涂料的开发过程,并对两个应用案例进行了介绍。

Abstract: HK-968 elastic epoxy coating is modified by chemical toughening. It combines the elasticity of polyurethane materials with the strength and adhesion of epoxy materials. It cures at room temperature and has better durability on the concrete surface which exerts good effect on the treatment of difficult problems such as cavitation and abrasion damage of hydraulic structures. This paper introduces the development process of HK-968 elastic epoxy coating from the aspects including main agent selection,
performance tests and adjustments, durability tests and so on, and two application cases are presented, for reference.
