摘要: 本研究设计了一种基于北斗短报文通信的水电站监测信息报送系统。该系统实现了应急工况下实时采集水电站现场的北斗高精度传感器监测数据,并通过北斗短报文通信高效稳定地发送至国家能源局大坝安全监察中心的大坝安全监察平台,为掌握极端天气工况下的水电站大坝运行情况创造了可靠条件。

Abstract: A monitoring information reporting system based on Beidou SMS communication for hydropower stations is designed. This system collects the monitoring data of hydropower station from Beidou high-precision sensors in real time under emergency conditions and sends them to the dam safety supervision platform of National Energy Administration through Beidou short message communication, thus reliable conditions for getting insight into the operation of hydropower dam under extreme weather are created.
