摘要: 依托某海外水电站项目EPC投标阶段,在招标文件条款允许带方案投标的前提下,对原设计方案进行仔细研究,结合该项目低水头、大流量、超长尾水隧洞的工程特点,从提高电站运行灵活性、改善调压室水力条件、保障调节功能等方面,对尾水调压室的布置进行深化研究,提出投标阶段的设计优化方案。

Abstract: In this paper, the original design scheme of a hydropower station with low head, large flow and long tailrace system is carefully studied. Combined with the engineering characteristics of the project, the layout of surge chamber is further studied from aspects including enhancement of the flexibility of power station operation, improvement of the hydraulic conditions of surge chamber and support of the regulation function. Moreover, the optimized design scheme in the bidding stage is put forward.
