抽水蓄能电站面板堆石坝面板裂缝成因及防裂措施研究

摘要: 由于抽水蓄能电站的运行特点,水位在抽水蓄能和排水发电过程中变化频繁,使混凝土面板长期处于复 杂、多变的外部环境中,增加面板开裂的可能,威胁电站的安全稳定运行。通过查阅资料和现场调研相结合的技 术路线,对多个抽水蓄能电站混凝土面板裂缝进行了实地调研与分析,总结了裂缝的主要类型和形成原因,并针 对裂缝成因提出了相应的处理与预防措施,为今后面板堆石坝在抽水蓄能电站中的应用提供了参考依据。

Abstract: Due to the operation characteristics of pumped storage power station, the water level changes frequently during the processes of power storage and generation, leaving the concrete face slab in a complex and changing environment for a long time, which is increasing the possibility of slab cracking and threatening the safe and stable operation of the power station. The technical route combining data review and on- site investigation is used to investigate and analyze the concrete face slab cracks of several pumped storage power stations. The main types and causes of cracks are summarized, and the corresponding treatment and prevention measures are put forward, which provides a reference for the application of concrete faced rockfill dams in pumped storage power stations in the future.
