摘要: 水电站坝址区冲沟引发水淹厂房事故屡见不鲜,落实高山峡谷区水电站冲沟风险评估和应对措施对水电站安全运行具有重要意义。对溪洛渡水电站周边云荞水库及溪洛渡沟进行安全风险评估,针对性实施风险管理措施,对提高国内类似地理环境下水电站的安全管理能力,避免发生水淹厂房等重大安全事故具有重要借鉴意义。

Abstract: It is common for a gully in the dam site area of a hydropower station to cause flooding of the powerhouse. It is of great significance to implement gully risk assessment and response measures for hydropower stations in areas with high mountains and gorges. Based on safety risk assessment of Yunqiao reservoir and Xiluodu gully around Xiluodu hydropower station, management measures to actively respond to risks are implemented, which has reference importance for safety management of hydropower stations in similar geographical environments in China and avoiding major safety accidents such as flooded power plants.
