某水电站大坝运行安全突发事件分析

摘要: 国内某水电站拦洪大坝由混凝土重力坝、土坝组合而成。以该工程为例,结合其结构特点、设计施工情况、运行性态等,对大坝可能遭遇的突发事件进行了详细的分析,明确了突发事件发生的可能性、特点及其对大坝安全的影响和后果严重程度,为编制水电站大坝运行安全应急预案或溃/垮坝应急预案提供依据。

Abstract: Taking a concrete gravity dam-earth dam in China as an example, combined with the dam structure characteristics, design and construction conditions, operation performance and et al., the author made a detailed analysis on all kinds of emergencies of the dam and defined the possibility, characteristics, severity and impact on dam safety, which provided the basis for dam safety emergency planning and dam breach emergency planning.
