厦门抽水蓄能电站面板混凝土碱硅酸反应风险分析

Analysis on risk of alkali silica reaction in face slab concrete of Xiamen pumped storage power station#br#

摘要: 厦门抽水蓄能电站凝灰岩骨料经碱硅酸活性砂浆棒快速法试验测得14 d膨胀率为0.094%,虽然按现行规程可判定该骨料为非活性骨料,但由于砂浆试件28 d膨胀率大于0.2%,仍需重视后续碱硅酸反应的风险。骨料碱活性抑制措施试验结果表明,掺加不少于20%的粉煤灰可有效抑制碱骨料反应。基于上述条件对面板混凝土进行了配合比优化,优化后的凝灰岩面板混凝土粉煤灰掺量为25%,且总碱量仅1.57 kg/m3,碱硅酸反应风险水平属于可接受的范围。

Abstract: The accelerated mortar bar test (AMBT) of alkali silica reaction (ASR) of tuff aggregate in Xiamen pumped storage power station shows that the 14 d expansion rate is 0.094%. Although the tuff aggregate can be determined as inactive aggregate according to the current test code, in view of the expansion rate of mortar specimen at the age of 28 d is greater than 0.2%, there is a risk of alkali silica reaction in concrete structure. The test results of preventive measures against alkali-aggregate reaction show that it can be effectively prevented by adding fly ash at a ratio of no less than 20%. By optimizing the mix proportion, the fly ash content of face slab concrete is 25%, and its total alkali content is 1.57 kg/m3, which can effectively prevent the ASR risk of tuff aggregate concrete.
