Abstract: The mission of Federal Emergency Management Agency's Public Assistance Program is to provide assistance to State, Territorial, Indian Tribal, and local governments, and certain types of private non-profit organizations so that communities can quickly respond to and recover from Emergencies and Major Disasters declared by the President. This paper introduces the process, implementation, eligibility and et al., for reference.
