反无人机主动防御系统在水电站反恐防范系统中的应用研究

摘要: 近年来,无人机产业和技术的发展给人们的生产生活带来了极大便利,但也可能被不法分子当作开展恐怖袭击的工具。现有水电站反恐防范系统缺乏完整有效的空域防范措施,建设适用于水电站的反无人机主动防御系统迫在眉睫。笔者分析了目前主流的无人机防御技术的优缺点,结合水电站运行和管理特点及国家相关政策法规要求,提出了适用于水电站反恐防范系统的无人机主动防御体系及相关技术参数,可为水电站空域反恐防范系统设计提供参考。

Abstract: In recent years, the UAV and related technology may be used by criminals as a tool to carry out terrorist attacks. Due to the lack of effective airspace defensive measures for existing terrorism prevention system of hydropower station, it is urgent to establish an active anti-UAV defense system suitable for hydropower station. By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the current UAV defense technology, combined with the operation and management of hydropower station and the requirements from relevant policies and regulations, this paper proposes the anti-UAV defense system and its relevant technical parameters for the terrorism prevention system for hydropower station, which can provide reference for the design of airspace terrorism prevention system for hydropower station.
