摘要: 某抽水蓄能电站输水系统采用全钢衬布置,在上平洞末端设置阻抗式调压室,调压室底部设置三梁钢岔管连接上平洞主管与阻抗孔支管。岔管主管直径大、结构受力复杂。运用三维有限元法对管结构进行了优化研究,推荐了合理可行的三梁钢岔管体型。

Abstract: Steel lining is adopted for the water conveyance system of a pumped storage power station, and a restricted orifice surge chamber is set at the end of headrace tunnel. A three-girders reinforced branch pipe is set to connect the main pipe and surge chamber which a large diameter and complicated stress condition. Three-dimensional finite element method is used to optimize and study this three-girders reinforced branch pipe, to propose a reasonable and feasible shape.
