新抗震规范要求下高拱坝抗震安全研究

摘要: 白鹤滩水电站区域构造稳定性较差,2016年的设计地震动参数复核结果表明,场址100年超越概率2%相应基岩水平地震动峰值加速度为451 gal。根据NB 35047-2015《水电工程水工建筑物抗震设计规范》、GB18306-2015《中国地震动参数区划图》以及地震安全评价结果,基于复核后的地震动参数,对高289 m的白鹤滩拱坝抗震安全进行研究,主要内容包括工程场地地震安全性分析、拱坝动力特性和地震反应、坝肩关键块体的整体抗滑稳定性、超载地震作用下拱坝动力反应等。

Abstract: The seismic condition at Baihetan site is complicated. According to the verified ground motion parameters in 2016, the peak ground acceleration with the return period of 4 950 years, i.e. 2% probability of exceedance in 100 years is 451 gal. According to NB 35047-2015 Code for Seismic Design of Hydraulic Structures in Hydropower Project and GB 18306-2015 Seismic Ground Motion Parameters Zonation Map of China, the seismic safety of Baihetan high arch dam is studied based on the results of the modified seismic safety assessment, which mainly includes seismic safety analysis of project site, dynamic characteristics and response of dam, sliding stability of key wedges of dam abutment and dynamic response of arch dam bearing overload seismic load.
