泥石流沟沟口部位的巨型渣场防护及泥石流沟综合治理研究

摘要: 高山峡谷地区的水电站建设工程中,受场地限制,渣场往往只能布置在枢纽工程区附近的泥石流沟沟口部位,渣场的防护难度高,且必须和泥石流沟治理结合进行。以白鹤滩水电站工程的矮子沟渣场为例,采用排水洞+挡水坝+非常排泄通道+上游梯级拦挡坝的方案进行综合治理,有效保障渣场施工期和运行期的安全,可为类似工程提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract: When constructing a hydropower stations in alpine gorge area, normally slag sites are arranged at outlets of debris flow gullies near project main site due to space restrictions. Protection of this kind of slag sites is difficult, and must be combined with treatment of the debris flow gullies. Based on the slag site in Aizi gully at Baihetan hydropower station, this paper presents a typical treatment scheme with "drainage tunnel + water retaining dam + emergency spillway+ cascade blocking dams" which is a guarantee of safety of the slag site and worthy reference to similar projects.
