摘要: 针对水电站溢流表孔溢流面存在的混凝土裂缝、冲蚀坑、麻面等缺陷,从水流流态、气候条件及施工质量等多方面综合分析了缺陷产生的原因,采用针对性的修补工艺及修补方法,对溢流面进行抗冲耐磨处理,保证了溢流表孔安全运行,对类似工程有参考意义。

Abstract: Having concrete cracks, erosion and pits on the overflow surface of a hydropower station, the factors such as water flow regime, weather and construction quality are analyzed to find out the cause reasons. Accordingly, treatment measures and technologies are adopted to enhance the abrasion prevention, which is worthy reference for similar cases.
