摘要: 近年来,水电站大坝已成为网络攻击的重要目标,做好关键基础设施的网络安全防御工作至关重要。通过大坝遭受网络攻击的案例,介绍了国内外关键基础设施网络安全立法,并结合我国水电站大坝工控系统现状,提出应对网络攻击的措施。

Abstract: In recent years, hydropower dams have become a target for cyber-attacks, and it is crucial to well perform the cyber security defense for critical infrastructure. Based on the cases of cyber-attacks on dams, legislation related to cyber security for critical infrastructure home and abroad is introduced. Combined with the current status of industrial control systems for hydropower dams in China, measures to deal with cyber-attacks are proposed.
