摘要: 水口电站溢洪道接力式液压启闭机是20世纪80年代为解决长行程活塞杆加工受限问题而研发的新机型,具有行程“以短代长”和容量“以小代大”的特点,到目前为止在国内尚属首例。为提高设备的自动化水平,实现远程控制,同时增加双吊点闭环同步控制功能,福建水口发电集团有限公司决定立项改造。笔者总结了本次改造设计中的关键技术,其具有较优的技术经济指标,可促进接力式液压启闭机在今后国内外工程中的应用。

Abstract: The spillway relay hydraulic hoist of Shuikou hydropower station is a new type developed in the 1980s to solve the problem of difficult processing of piston rod with long stroke. It has the characteristics of short stroke instead of long stroke and small capacity instead of large capacity. It is the first of its kind in China. To enhance the automation level of the equipment, realize remote control and increase the function of closed-loop synchronous control of double lifting points, renovation is carried out. This paper summarizes the key technologies in the renovation design. Due to its excellent technical and economic indicators, it is expected that there would be wider application of relay hydraulic hoist to projects home and abroad in the future.
