卡拉水电站泄洪消能型式研究

摘要: 卡拉水电站水头高、流量大、河谷狭窄且地质条件复杂,泄洪消能设计难度较大。根据工程特点,通过对“宽尾墩-跌坎消力池”消能和大差动挑流消能这两种消能型式的综合比选,确定采用“宽尾墩-跌坎消力池”消能型式,并结合水工模型试验,对宽尾墩体型、消力池断面型式及尾坎高程等进行了优化和深入研究,为今后类似工程的泄洪消能设计提供参考。

Abstract: The flood discharge and energy dissipation design of Kala hydropower station, which has the characteristics of high water head, large discharge, narrow river valley and complex geological conditions, is very difficult. According to these characteristics, and through comprehensive comparison between two types of energy dissipators, i.e. "flaring pier and stilling basin with drop sill" and differential ski-jump energy dissipation, the former has been selected. Combined with the hydraulic model test, the flaring pier configuration, section of stilling basin and end sill elevation have been optimized and further studied to provide a reference for the design of flood discharge and energy dissipation of similar projects.
