气泡防冰技术在太平湾水电站闸门防护中的应用

摘要: 冰冻问题一直是危害水电站金属闸门安全的重要隐患。以气泡防冰技术在太平湾电站溢流坝段28号闸门的成功应用为例,对水结冰过程的原理、气泡防结冰的原理和水利水电防冰系统的工作原理进行了介绍,根据已取得的成果对太平湾电站防结冰设施建设做了阶段性规划,并结合PLC自动控制技术阐述了防冰技术的应用前景。

Abstract: The freezing always exerts pernicious influence on metal gates. Taking the successful application of bubble anti-icing technology in the protection of spillway gate in dam section 28 of Taipingwan hydropower station as an example, this paper introduces the principle of freezing process, the principle of bubble anti-icing and the working principle of anti-icing system for hydropower projects. Based on the achievements so far, the construction of anti-icing facilities for Taipingwan hydropower station is planned in stages, and the application prospect of anti-icing technology with PLC automatic control technology is expounded.
