新安江大坝混凝土老化检测与评价

摘要:

2016年新安江水电站大坝安全第四次定期检查中,为评价大坝混凝土的老化情况,对大坝混凝土开展了现场外观检查、回弹测强、碳化深度检测、大坝混凝土声速测试、钻芯取样与芯样试验等。结果表明,经过近60年的运行,新安江大坝上游面混凝土的强度与抗渗等级均满足或超过设计要求;而采用火山灰水泥浇筑的混凝土,尤其是大坝下游面表层混凝土老化程度相对严重,但火山灰水泥大坝内部混凝土强度较高,强度和抗渗等级均达到设计要求;库水对大坝混凝土的溶出性腐蚀可忽略不计。总体而言,坝体混凝土目前的老化状况基本不影响大坝安全运行。

Abstract: During the 4th regular dam safety assessment for Xin'anjiang hydropower station in 2016, to evaluate the aging of the dam concrete, measures were taken, including on- site visual inspection, strength test by rebound method and ultrasonic-rebound method, measurement of carbonation depth and sonic speed, drilling cores and testing on dam concrete cores. The test results showed that the strength and impermeability of upstream dam concrete could meet the design requirements after nearly 60-year operation. The downstream dam concrete, namely the pozzolan cement concrete was aged relatively seriously. However, the internal pozzolan cement concrete had good performance and its strength and impermeability could meet the design requirements. The leakage dissolution of dam concrete by reservoir water was negligible. In general, the current aging of dam concrete did not affect the safety operation of dam.
