国际安全监测技术标准现状与发展

摘要: 国际土木工程建设中,不少项目都涉及安全监测工程。安全监测技术标准的选用事关监测方案的确定、监测仪器的选择与率定、埋设安装施工工艺、数据采集频次与计算分析、项目交工验收等方方面面。笔者回顾了国际标准化的发展历程,介绍了世界各国有关安全监测法规建设方面的情况,重点阐述了当前国际工程中使用比较普遍的国际标准化组织、美国材料与试验协会、英国标准学会、欧洲标准化委员会等标准体系中有关安全监测技术标准的现状和发展情况。

Abstract: Safety monitoring is involved in many international civil engineering projects. Selection of safety monitoring technical standards is related to the determination of monitoring scheme, selection, calibration, construction and installation of monitoring instruments, collection frequency and analysis of data, project handover and acceptance, etc. This paper reviews the development of international standardization, introduces the establishment of safety monitoring laws and regulations worldwide, and focuses on the current status and development of safety monitoring technical standards commonly used in international projects, from organizations such as International Organization for Standardization, ASTM International, British Standards Institution and European Committee for Standardization.
