清水混凝土施工技术在水电站地下厂房中的运用

摘要:

由于清水混凝土结构为一次成型,不用再进行装修即可投入使用,清水混凝土施工技术具有能确保混凝土工程质量、减少现场施工环节、降低工地粉尘污染、节省大量抹灰材料、结构表面无需装饰粉刷、有良好的表面质感等特点。笔者结合工程实例介绍清水混凝土技术在水电站地下厂房施工中的应用,阐述了清水混凝土施工工艺中混凝土配比、模板设计和混凝土浇筑等技术细节,对清水混凝土施工技术进行探讨。

Abstract:

Because it is once-forming structure by use of fair-faced concrete, it can be put into use without decoration. The construction technology of fair-faced concrete has the characteristics of ensuring the concrete engineering quality, reducing construction procedures, reducing the dust pollution on site, saving a lot of plastering materials, no need to decorate and paint the structure surface, and good surface texture. The author introduces the application of fair-faced concrete technology in the construction of underground powerhouse of hydropower station combining with projects, expounds the technical details such as mix proportion, formwork design and concrete pouring in the construction process of fair-faced concrete, and probes into the construction technology of fair-faced concrete.
