珊溪水电站水轮机空气阀故障排除对策研究

摘要: 珊溪水电站发电运行中,水轮机空气阀出现了过频动作,拟采用筑堰法提高1.2 m发电尾水位的方法改善运行条件。针对珊溪水电站的实际情况,论述了筑堰法提高1.2 m发电尾水位对珊溪水电站的不利影响,并通过水轮机运行中体内空气及负压成因分析,提出了水轮机空气阀出现了过频动作的解决方案。

Abstract: In the power generation process of Shanxi hydropower station, over frequency action was found with the air valve of hydro turbine. It was proposed to improve its operation condition by rising the tail water level by 1.2 m. The paper analyzes the adverse influence of tail water level rise to the operation of hydropower station. As well, by analysis of the forming of negative pressure, the countermeasures are put forward, for reference.
