摘要: 针对雅鲁藏布江汛期洪水暴涨暴落的特点,某水电站工程采用短期、中期和长期三级预报系统,蓝、黄、橙、红四级预警机制,成功抵御了“2018·08"特大洪水,相关预警方案和响应机制可供类似工程借鉴参考。

Abstract: As floods rise up and down sharply in Yarlung Zangbo River during the flood season, a hydropower station adopts three-level forecast system (short-term, medium-term and long-term) and four-level warning mechanism (blue, yellow, orange and red), which successfully helped the resistance of the 2018·08 catastrophic flood. It can serve as a reference for similar projects.
