摘要/Abstract

摘要： 长丰县位于江淮分水岭脊背地区，自1965年建县以来，小型水库建设发展取得了显著成效，这些小型水库为全县工农业发展及国民经济建设做出了重要贡献。但这些小型水库经过多年运行，由于管理体制机制不健全、运行管理不善等因素，不同程度地存在着这样或那样的问题，对全县工农业生产持续健康发展带来一定的影响。因此，认真分析研究并解决这些问题对持续发挥小型水库的作用很有必要。

关键词: 小型水库, 发展历程, 运行管理, 对策

Abstract: Changfeng county is located in the ridge of Jianghuai watershed. Since the founding of the county in 1965, the development of small reservoirs has achieved remarkable results, and these small reservoirs have contributed a lot to the industrial and agricultural development as well as economic growth. However, having been in operation for many years, combined with imperfect management system and poor management, there are some problems for these small reservoirs, which may exert harmful impact on the sustainable and healthy development of industrial and agricultural production of the county. Therefore, analysis and research to solve these problems are carried out and presented, for reference.
